The Duobat 120+ solid wood sports flooring system consists of 22 mm planks nailed to a resilient substructure made up of two rows of prefabricated, cross-laid joists. Resilient "J-Locks" glides are fitted between the joists at their intersections, ensuring a quick and secure connection between the upper and lower joists.
Using DuoWedges is easy and saves considerable time when leveling sports surfaces. The correct height and flatness of the system are ensured without the need for nails or tools. These wedges can be combined with a range of bases of varying heights. This micrometric wedge leveling system offers significant time savings compared to using standard leveling materials.
The planks of this solid wood sports flooring are nailed to a substructure made of prefabricated joists incorporating a unique rubber shock-absorbing pad system. The joists are directly fitted onto a J-Lock system with micrometric shims, allowing for unparalleled installation speed. The correct height and flatness of the system are ensured without the need for nails or tools.
The shims can be used alone or in combination with bases of varying heights to achieve the required system height. J-Lock elements are available separately (without the micrometric shims) if the installation surface does not require system leveling.

The planks of this solid wood sports flooring are installed in a floating manner on an underlay made of Sportive foam, and assembled together using a unique Junckers process: the Clip System.
A 10mm underlay is required to allow proper shock absorption and optimal elasticity, but a 5mm version exists for lightly sporting uses such as sports floors in multipurpose halls.
